This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed at www.woolandhide.nz. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Shipping costs

Shipping is charged on all orders.

Flat rate: A flat shipping fee of $40 applies to orders within New Zealand. or

Rural delivery may attract an additional surcharge.

The full delivery cost is always shown at checkout before you confirm and pay, so there are no surprises.

Where we deliver

We deliver throughout New Zealand, including rural addresses. We do not currently ship internationally. For international orders, please contact us at sammie@woolandhide.nz.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 business days of payment being confirmed.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for urban addresses.
These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

A note on what's in the box

Our loungers are supplied as covers only and do not include bean filling, so your parcel will be smaller and lighter than the finished product. Please see our Terms of Service for more detail.

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, we will email you with tracking details so you can follow its progress.

Delivery details and missed deliveries

Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address. If you are not home, our courier will leave a card with redelivery or pickup instructions, depending on the courier and your location.
